Real Coin Pottery Ashtray, Boomerang shape with 5 foreign coins, one marked 1951 on this mint green with brown spec ash tray. This is a very nice artistic design & has a style & shape worthy of displaying as an object of art. I am not sure if this is California Pottery or Canadian Pottery as it is not marked on the bottom. It has the look & feel of the design work that took place in the 1950's in California, but we had a customer write us and said it could be Blue Mountain Pottery of Collingwood, Ont., which was popular in the 1960's or 1970's. It is 9" across & 2 1/2 at highest point. It has one little glaze flake under the top of one of the points, but I don't believe it detracts at all & you wouldn't know it was there if someone didn't say it is.
