The beads are all strung on gold colored silken beading cord and knotted every few inches to help secure the beads. The in between beads are golden amber czech glass beads with metallic centers as well as very old brass beads. . This is hard to pick out in the picture but they are very pretty beads.
This necklace is one of a kind that I created myself using old beads that I have collected over many years The only exception is the amber which was acquired recently from a dealer in Iquitos Peru on the Amazon River where in recent years small deposits of amber have been discovered in the jungle.
This necklace is very beautiful and I am very proud to present it to you.
