Of fluted gold design, this rare egg pendant was made in Russias imperial capital during the twilight of the Romanov dynasty. Fitted with a gold suspension ring.
St. Petersburg, 1908-1917, with French control mark on inner ring.
3/4 in. (1.9 cm.) long, including suspension ring. Chain not included.
An ideal gift, the pendant includes a presentation gift box decorated with the Russian imperial eagle.
Although not necessarily by Fabergé, this Russian gold egg pendant is similar in design to the missing Fabergé egg of 1887.
