Rare Antique Gentlemens Dresser with Hat Compartment and Beveled Mirror MUST SEE

This is an unusual piece made of quarter sawn golden oak. It is a gent’s dresser with a tall beveled dressing mirror on one side and a small cabinet on the other atop double dresser drawers. The small cabinet serves perfectly as a lamp shelf for lighting next to the mirror. The cabinet consist of 2 small drawers and 1 open storage area just the right size for hats. The dresser has a bow front top and it adds character to the already nice design of the piece. There are pineapple, tassel and scroll moldings applied above the mirror and lamp shelf. It appears to have all the original hardware. The drawer pulls are ornately pressed metal batwings and the door has a knob pull. The dresser is very old and has patina to show it. It is in really great shape for its age. The dresser top has lots of marks and scuffs from the years, part of the great patina. I do not know the maker or exact date this dresser was made. This piece is antique and will not be perfect. The dresser measures 80 7/8 inches tall, 42 ¾ inches side to side and 20 1/8 inches front to back. It weighs 115 pounds.
