A Very Rare Set Of Quilted Pattern. Made By George Adams, The Premier Flatware Maker Of The Victorian Era. It Is Complete For 12, And As Was Typical With The Better Services, You Have 2 Dozen Dinner Forks, Often They Had 2 Main Courses. The Knives Are Antique, And Were Re-Bladed By Walker & Hall In The Early 20th Century With Stainless Steel Blades. Set Consists Of The Following: 24 Dinner Forks Circa 1860/3 (7.75"), 12 Dinner Spoons 1860 (8.10"), 12 Dessert Forks 1860/3, 1 fork is by William Eley Circa 1843 (6.55"), 12 Dessert Spoons Circa 1860/3 (6.7"), 12 Tea Spoons 1860 (1 Tea Spoon Dates 1881 (4.8"), 12 Table Knives Circa 1860 (10.75"), 12 Dessert Knives Mostly GA Circa 1860 (9") But Some Are By J.A.T.S Circa 1893 Made To Match As They Are Identical. Included In The Set At No Extra Charge Are 12 Quilted Pattern Fish Knives Some By George Adams Some By Walker & Hall Circa 1917. Serving Pieces Consist Of A Pair Of Gravy Laddles Circa 1860, Master Butter Knife Circa 1860 And 6 Extra table Spoons That Were Probably Used As Serving Spoons Circa 1860/3.
