English Georgian, Mother of Pearl Handle and Silver Blade, Folding Fruit
Knife. Hallmarked with incuse Geo III Kings Head duty mark and Lion Passant Mark
The blade with bright cut engraving.
Length: 5 ¼ inches long.
Condition: Good working order, various scratches, the silver blade with minor
dent to end of blade, Commensurate with age and use. Old initials inscribed on the
blade, probably by the original owner,
NB: The incuse Kings Head duty mark is quite a rarity as it was only used between
1st December 1784 and 29th May 1786
