An ice cream bar dispenser. Made of metal. An aluminum handle I believe. Bar measures 3.25 in. x 2.75 in. 9 in. length. Marked Rainbow Ice Cream Dispenser. Cake Cone Co. St. Louis Mo. USA Pat. Applied. I think you would insert into bulk ice cream and slide the button forward to push the bar of ice cream out. Could be a handy gadget to make ice cream bars. I think it would be from the 1950's era.
