This is a ceramic tea caddy made to commemorate the Silver Jubilee in 1977 of the reign of Queen Elizabth II of England by Mason's, England. The ginger jar tea caddy or canister measures 5.5 inches high by 5.5 in diameter and featured reverse profiles of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, symbols, dedication and a verse of God Save The Queen. The tea caddy is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear but does have some crazing which is normal for this material and age. A wonderful and hard to find piece of British Royal memorabilia.
