Purinton Normandy Plaid Sugar Bowl With Lid

$20.00
Quantity available: 1
Purinton Pottery produced a number of popular lines as well as items for Napco, teapots for McCormick Tea Company, and the famous (and now very valuable) blue-eyed Howdy Doody cookie jar for Taylor, Smith, and Taylor. Normandy Plaid was introduced in the 1950's and is among the popular Purinton lines. This sugar bowl, for outward appearance sake, is in excellent condition. However, inside, on the bottom is a 3/8" Y-shaped fracture which does not show from the outside. So, for display purposes, this is an excellent candidate. The set is priced for about what a lid would cost to marry with a bowl without a lid.
