Offering this 6" long, wire cutter pliers. These are all steel, with a nice cast pattern on the handle grip area. These are marked "PREMIER JAPAN" on one side. They are in very good condition, with a good pivot joint, straight, not bent up, like new. We don't see very many quality made tool from Japan in the 1950's era, like these!
