A nice example of Weelsville China Co. resturant potioned plate line. This one has a lovely green wavey border. I have seen this in other colors as well. There are no chips in this one, however there is a ?crack under the glaze. You can see it on both front and back (see photos) but you can not feel it. The mark is realatively clear and the number below it is "E-3". There are manufacture flaws, bubbles, etc. in the glaze. It measures approx. 8 1/2" across.
