This is a pin-back button featuring Pluto. From the colors, it is estimated to be from the 1940's. The pin is a standard hook that the pin goes under with pressure. There is a mark on the back--u 60 k. Above that there is a rectangular-shaped box with an H in it over top of some curley-q's. The box itself is shaped like a television Set. The pin actually came from Ukraine and it is difficult to figure a price. It is in good condition, with only minor small scratches on the front from handling over the years.
