This is a unique patented 8.5" long Eifel plier wrench. It's marked, "EIFEL-FLASH PLIERENCH PAT.5.2.16 FLASHS'L'S". It has a spring lock that holds the engaging pin of the jaw in place while in use. If you spread the handles open you can remove the jaw, and put in any of the other jaws that were made to fit this early model (we only have the one jaw, as the newer versions of these jaws do not fit this model). Spreading the handles opens the jaw in a parallel plane, and that is often useful as most pliers don't stay parallel. The pliers and the interchangeable jaw are in very good shape, very little wear. There is also a screwdriver tip at one end of the handle, and a mid-section wire cutter feature, both in good+ condition. This is a clean tool, no rust, little wear, gearing functions well inside. As I mentioned this is an early version of this tool, and has the early patent on it to prove it! A well engineered and manufactured tool!
