This cookbook is circa 1989 and contains a wealth of Bake-off winners plus other family favorites. There are 52 pages of recipes covering the categories of Appetizers, Breads, Entrees, Cookies and Bars (always my favorite, and Cakes and Desserts (a close second). Some of the great recipes included are a Mexican spoon bread, a pizza quiche (surprisingly good), and a tomato cheese pie that is out of this world! My favorite desserts are a Chocolate Praline Layer Cake and a Hot Buttered Rum and Apple Cobbler.
