Philippe Starck Stainless Steel & Mahogany Side Tables from Royalton Hotel

Unavailable

This pair of side tables in stainless steel with cherry-stained mahogany tops were designed by Philippe Starck for the Royalton Hotel in New York City in 1988. Starck was commissioned by Ian Schrager, former co-owner of Studio 54, to redesign the interior of the Royalton in 1988. The scale of the commission and Starck's original designs were impressive (including everything from door pulls to tables), and the project ushered in the age of the boutique hotel. Tops have been refinished and the stainless steel surfaces are clean and shiny. We have the largest collection of tables from the Royalton, and additional tables are available in pairs. We also have the drink stands from the Royalton, which are identical in design to the side tables, but taller and narrower. And we have the mahogany and aluminum dining chairs from the Royalton as well. Dimensions: 20" H X 16" Dia (50.8cm H X 40.6cm Dia). za-
