This is a little cardboard box containing the original "Bachelor's Button". It states " Goes on without sewing", "For every member of the family", "For men, women and children". It was made by J. V. Pilcher Mfg. Co. Louisville, Ky. USA. The box is in excellent condition with no wear or tears or marks. It still contains the button, large, black as stated on the box. This is an unusual find with the box in such excellent condition and still containing the original button that is unused.
