Additional photos available.Fabulous masculine hunters heavy pewter inkwell from the early 1800's England. Large footed ornate embellished and scrolled pewter tray with slot for pen in front and two white porcelain removable inkwells behind. A pale blue/gray retriever dog with green and gilt mallard stands atop raised portion with open work back of curled leaf motif. Stands on 4 curled feet. Excellent condition,no nicks,cracks or signs of wear ,very detailed in every respect. Measures 10.5L X 9H X 8D.
