Petite 19th Century French Louis XVI console and mirror set, circa 1870, featuring a beautifully carved gesso frame in the traditional form of the period with acanthus leaves, floral bouquets, ribbons, and other decor. The patina and glass are in their original state and in excellent condition. Console is topped with a flawless, rare French marble that adds to the charm of this piece. Uncommon to see a set in this size, overall in stunning condition and visually pleasing. The console measures 24W x 12D x 31H and the mirror is 67H. Lots of decorative charm!
