Pen Wipe Travel Inkwell - Glass

$145.00
Quantity available: 1
This particular piece is a really neat antique traveling inkwell. It's rectangular shaped and the top half is brass and the bottom half is covered in leather. On the front is a hidden button that opens the lid. Under the main lid t is a second lid that covers the actual ink bottle, and the inner lid seals the bottle with a rubber stopper. T is also a very nice little pen wipe or pen brush nib cleaner made from horse hair. It measures about 2¼" wide and is in great condition with some minor wear from old use. The brown leather also has some ink staining. Very nice and very old piece dating to the late 1800s. Buyer pays S.+ H.
