Pair of Meissen Cobalt Blue Porcelain Urn Table Lamps

Included here is a matching pair of Meissen porcelain oviform vases from the nineteenth or early twentieth century, adapted as table lamps in the late twentieth century. Each features a cobalt blue ground, entwined serpent handles and gilt decoration. Each has modern sockets and wiring and is in fine working order. Each measures 9.5" wide, 6" deep and 31" tall to the top of the finials, and 21.75" tall to the top of the sockets. There is considerable wear to the gilding in spots, but no signs of repair or damage. These items reside with our client in Westchester County NY and may be seen by appointment.
