This is a stunning pair of walnut Louis XV style commodes.They are serpentine in shape and each have two large capacious drawers for ample storage.

These commodes were inspired by the Louis XV style. Elaborately detailed, the commodes feature exquisite rosewood parquetry decoration, ormolu mounts and have large solid Verde Antico marble tops.

They are decorated with ormolu mounts. Ormolu is gilded bronze used to ornament furniture and mouldings. A lot of intricate detailing has gone into the creation of these antique Louis XV style commodes.
