Petite pair of 19th Century Italian landscape oil on board paintings, both depicting a river scene with people. Trimmed in carved and gilded wooden frames, stamped "Oil Painting Made In Italy" on the back. Also with the artist's name on back. Both paintings are signed in the lower left corner, but it is un-legible. A magnificent use of color and detail displayed by the artist, these paintings have been preserved well and are in excellent condition. Circa around 1880, possibly with the original frame. Overall dimensions 14.5W X 12H. Priced as pair.
