A magnificent pair of antique double-arm Art Deco sconces, dating from the 1920s. These figural sconces are made of cast iron and feature a bird with outspread wings and bowed head. The two sconce arms are ornamented with sunbursts; a matching sunburst surrounds the switch at the base of the backplate. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgias sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 12 tall, 9-3/8 wide, and project 3-1/2 from the wall.
