This is a beautiful pair of French Louis XV style bergeres in mint condition. The chairs are made of beech and date to the early 1950s. It appears that the springs and seafoam green velvet upholstery were done in the past few years. The fabric is in excellent condition. The bergeres are very high quality with nice carvings and beautiful lines. These would work for host and hostess chairs or in a bedroom or living room.
