Pair of French TRENCH ART VASE Made from 75 mm WWI artillery brass shells made into vases. Unusual style of engraving decoration on side says "Jeanne-1916" and the second one "Jean-1916" , in large script letters. Also have butterfly, flowers, and leaves worked into the stippled background as shown. These ones have lots of eye appeal!!! Each one is a VERY UNUSUAL one. It has not been cut off. Extremely well done.
Condition is excellent and it has a nice even aged brass patina.
Photos tell all. 3" diameter, 13.75" tall.
Something unusual and different for your Trench Art collection !!!
