Pair of Art Nouveau Silver and Glass Claret Jugs, Germany circa 1900, by Wilhelm Binder. The Claret Jugs with engraved swirl whiplash foliate design, baluster glass bodies, stylised handles and silver mounts; hinged covers conforming in style and decoration with applied stylised foliate thumb piece finials. Height: 10 5/8 inches. Stamped with crescent, moon 800 for Germany and WTB for Wilhelm Binder together with design pattern numbers 13201/2 148/9 respectively.
