Pair Antique Paris Porcelain Hand Painted Cachepots
This lovely pair of Paris porcelain cachepots date from the third quarter of the 19th century, and feature painted groups of putti at play on front, and one features the image of a firepot on reverse, symbolizing winter, while the other depicts Dionysus, symbolizing autumn. Measures: 7.75" tall and 8.25" across. Condition of each is good. There is rubbing and wear to the gilding and painted surfaces, scratches and small nicks, all consistent with age.
