Included here is a pair of antique, speckled brown marble urns, circa 1870, featuring gilt bronze mounts depicting berry vines, foliate scrolls, acanthus and lotus leaves, and other neoclassical motifs. The patina of the finials do not match the rest of the mounts, and may have been replaced. Each measures 21" tall and each weighs an estimated 40-60 lbs. or more. These items reside in our client's gallery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City and may be seen in person by appointment. Additional images forwarded upon request. ( hantiques )
