Pair Antique Chinese Imari Porcelain & Bronze Mounted Tureens

Unavailable

This pair of antique Imari porcelain covered tureens date from the nineteenth century. Each measures 12.5" wide and 15" high, and features silvered bronze mounts including openwork scroll bases and lion mask handles, with lids surmounted by fu lions. Bronze mounts hide the undersides of the pots and there are no identifying hallmarks.  Mounts were recently resilvered and there are restorations to one of the foo dog finials.
