Pair: Antique French Bronze Winged Candelabra, 19th C.
Description: Pair: Antique French Louis XV Style Gilt Bronze Winged Twin-Light Candelabra Candlesticks, 19th C. France. Each ornate Rococo form candelabra features a scrolled base with pierced panels issuing two foliate scrolled arms terminating in foliate drip pans with twisting candlecups around a central ribbon bound leaf handle with "C" scroll and single raised wing finial. The pieces are not marked. Price Comparison: $1500-2000 in Fine Art & Antiques Gallery. Dimensions: Each: 8-1/4" High, 8-5/8" Wide, 3-3/4" Deep. Total Weight: 5lbs. Condition: Three of the four bobeches fitted in the candlecups are missing (one remains). There is some light scratching/rubbing/wear to the surface and edges of each piece. There is some light oxidation to the bronze. Otherwise, the pieces are in good condition.
