This delightful little pin was made by Otto Robert Bade. He was the plant foreman for Rebajes in the 1940's and 50's. In the late 1950's he went out on his own becoming famous for his clean abstract designs. In 1981 he was held up and severely pistol whipped. After a long recovery he moved, with his wife, to New Hope, PA. In his early 90's I believe he is still active but this piece hasn't been produced for a very long time. He is only 1 1/2" tall and 1/2" at the widest and weighs 2.4 grams. He has the marks of ORB and Sterling.
