Old table top decanter set, with center bell, old, elegant, glass cruets,vintage

Believed to be silverplate (no identifiers found), comes this table top glass cruet set, complete with 2 glass cruets (vinager and oil perhaps) with two smaller glass bowls that all sit in their own slot.  On top of this piece is a bell (believed to be missing the screw on top push button/release), but the bell does work when the the wire is pushed down; not sure what this is called, but I would image it was used in an elegant setting; stands 11 inches tall; the base is 4 1/2 inches round; the glass cruets are each 6 1/2 inches tall; the glass bowls (salts) are 2 inches round and 1 1/2 inches tall.....all the glass is in GREAT conditionI am an antique junkie.  I do a lot of traveling attending local auctions and estate sales, particulary in my home state and while I try to give as best description as possible when listing items, bear in mind I am not an expert.  That what you see is how it is presented to me.
