Here's an old fan with a patriotic motif. It has the American flag with 13 stars and stripes on it. It's in good shape with some wear to it due to age and use. Looking at the paper that is wrapped around the handle, I think this might be pre 1900's. If you collect old patriotic items, this fan is quite nice, especially since it survived all these years!
