Old Mexican Sterling Urn Pin Brooch. It is stamped on the back but I cannot make out the signature. It measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. You can actually put a small fresh or dried flower in the opening.

The condition is very good. It is dark with patina . The pin back is slightly bent.
