This is an old handcrafted ladel with an iron handle and a very large bowl or cup. The iron has a nice brownish/black patina to it. The cup or bowl is large and secure to the handle. It has beautiful rings going around it with a beautiful patina as well. Also,some dirt in the crevice in the bottom, a nice foot to the bowl/cup, and a rounded over lip on the top of it. Looks like some light sanding on the inside bottom of the cup. There are some small dents but it just seems to add to the character of the piece. I looked for a signature because it looks like there should be one,but was unable to find any. The cup measures 6 inches in diameter, foot or base of cup/bowl is about 2 3/4 inches, Length with handle is about 15 inches. I will ship cheapest way or whatever you prefer. GOOD LUCK!
