Gently scalloped rim with a 22kt gold filigree in an orate floral pattern. The decal in the middle shows an 18th century couple dancing(the Minuet?) while a man in the background plays the flute. Marked in gold on the back with the S. Alexander logo,"Hand Decorated Warranted 22K Gold" & "Old English". Crazing but not discolored at all so no-see with out close inspection. Very clean with no stains, chips or cracks. A few knife scratches to the decal & a factory flaw of a row of "indents" above the decal...felt but not seen.
