I suppose this could be used to carry eggs, made of a very sturdy canvas, this bag is 4 inches wide, 3 inches deep and is 3 1/2 inches tall.....but probably more likely it would be a decorative piece.....has chicken designs on both sides....in GOOD conditionI am an antique junkie. I do a lot of traveling attending local auctions and estate sales, particulary in my home state and while I try to give as best description as possible when listing items, bear in mind I am not an expert. That what you see is how it is presented to me. I do not go out of my way to clean up the items; I leave that up to you. I do no accept returns unless something is grossly misrepresented, so please view all pictures and ask questions.
