This is a Continental large brass character jug of a Tyrolean style man with slouch hat, mustache, and kerchief scarf. This jug has a stylized handle, and has a bright gold brass patina. The modeling, finish, and detail are quite nice. It jug is in very good condition excepting a modest bit of wear. The date is circa Early 20th Century.
