This coffer table is a simple and elegant piece with a highly functional table top and four deep drawers for extra storage in any room. It has a slightly distressed light brown finish with lots of character. It is known as a coffer table because originally the space behind the two lower drawers was hidden. The space could only be accessed by removing one of the upper drawers and was used as a coffer or storage space.
