Oak Buffet/Sideboard, circa 1890s to1910
This is a great buffet, a little smaller than some so well suited in a smaller home., measuring 44" wide by 22" deep by 80" tall. The condition is very good, it appears to have been refinished although we did not do it in our workshop, but it has been well done., however the handles are not original, they have been replaced. There are 2 small drawers and one long drawer plus 2 doors (highly carved) at the bottom for storage of larger items. The beveled mirror may have been re-silvered because it is in perfect condition with no streaks or spots but I do not know for sure... All in all it is a very good looking piece and modestly priced!
