This is a nice vintage Valentines card showing girls in the garden, one is holding an umbrella. This card is made up of two sections, the white section in the forground is a fancy cut out with some applied decorations, and then behind it is a folding card that opens to any little picture in black and white. The fancy white part has a few of the outer edge pieces missing, but is mostly intact. There are some paper tabs in-between that allows the white part to be lifted up away from the card section to expose a very detailed, fancy and colorful card face, and can be displayed in the lifted position. The card is in good+ condition with a little edge wear. This is a very rare type of card and it is marked by the maker "WHITNEY MADE WORSESTER MASS. MADE IN U.S.A." on the back side of the card. Size is 4" x 4".
