SOLD Authentic Antique 19th century sword MANDAU - Parang Ihlang of Head Hunters Dayak of Borneo.
DETAILS: A wooden hilt carved with traditional aso and tuba motifs, wrapped with cord band, and set with hair tufts. A hand forged slightly curved blade, engraved and elaborately pierced.
CONDITION: The sword is in good condition considering its age of over 100 years, except for cracks in the wooden hilt and worn hair tufts.
MEASUREMENTS: Overall length: 73.7 cm (29 in).
