Sparkling diamond baguettes burst from the sides of the sapphire, while additional round cut diamonds are set into bands across the top and bottom of the center mounting. This magnificent antique style ring is set with .85 carat total weight of round and baguette cut diamonds and measures 13.70 mm in width. Size 6 3/4. We can re-size slightly.
