This American Antique Solid Poplar Marble Top Chest with Mirror, circa 1875, would make an elegant addition to any setting. Constructed out of solid poplar, its original tilt mirror is housed in a lovely curved frame supported by pedestals that were originally intended for candles. The original beveled edged marble top rests atop four drawers with the original fruit and nut pulls. The doweled constructed drawers have the original locks with the original brass keyhole covers and open to reveal plenty of storage space. The front and sides boasts a decorative curved skirt that adds just the right finishing touch to this classic design.
