This American Antique Solid Pine Ironing Board, circa 1900, hails from a time when permanent press had not yet been invented, so fabrics had to be ironed to get all the wrinkles out. Constructed out of solid pine, the ironing board has classic straight lines, is in the original finish with appropriate wear for its age, and with its adjustable height, in the opened position measures, 26.00 inches - 33.00 inches H X 57.00 inches W X 13.00 inches D, however it folds up for easy storage when not in use.
