This is a nice quality 1/4" (.24") wide socket firmer chisel not marked by the maker, but a very nicely made, finished and polished antique chisel. This chisel has a good solid leather capped hardwood handle that fits the socket very well and is in very good condition. The chisel is 11.8" long overall, 7.75" long cutting edge to end of socket. This chisel is made of quality cast steel, is very sharp, ready to use, not rusty, very little minor wear like very light staining or darkening the steel area, but very clean and polished around the cutting edge area, no rust or pitting. This is a very good sturdy 1/4" chisel!
