Gorgeous antique Franz Anton Mehlem Royal Bonn German art nouveau vase. The backstamp dates it to 1875-1890. It also has written initials and other impressed marks. This is a stunning hand painted fine art vase featuring Iris flowers. 8.25 tall x 8.25 wide. No chips or cracks. Raised fronds encircling the top and bottom edge. Initials are YNE. It also has an old Doumouchelle Art Galleries Co., Detroit, MICH label on the interior. Note the old State abbreviation. Earthenware.
