You are looking at an antique mahogany wood wing back chair. We have another one of these chairs for sale in our store be sure to check it out as well. This chair has been reupholstered at some point and the upholstery is in good condition. There are no rips, tears, holes or odors in the upholstery. The back seat is button tufted. There are a couple of light spots on the seat from general wear. The wood on the armrests is separating at the joints on both arms. The handgrips are scroll style and beautifully carved on the sides. The outer edge of the right hand grip is chipped off. Be sure to check out the photos below. This chair is comfortable but feels a little weak when sat in. The legs need reinforced to make it solid and sturdy again. This is typical of a chair this old. I do not know the maker or exact date this chair was made. This chair is antique and will not be perfect. The chair measures 41 3/8 inches tall, 27 ¼ inches side to side and 29 5/16 inches front to back. It weighs 34 pounds.
