This beautiful imperial German pokal with domed cover dates from the fourth quarter of the nineteenth century, and is believed to come from the Heckert Glassworks which were active beginning in 1866 in Warmbrun, Silesia.  It is parcel-gilt and enameled in the seventeenth century style, with black-crowned golden imperial eagle insignia.  Reference:  R. & D.
