Antique Giltwood Sunburst Mirror

This lovely antique mirror with sunburst motif, circa 1900, features a round central mirror and 16 armed fitted with their original mirrored glass tiles.  Measures 34 in (86 cm) in diameter and approximately 3 in (7.6 cm) deep.  Condition is good, consistent with age.  There is rubbing to the gilt surfaces, and numerous chip losses and displacements to the mirrored glass tiles.  ( neoclassical classical Louis XIV Louis XV style )
